Hello everybody I am trying to get my bering firewall up on the net, but cannot get a lease from my ISP. If I connect the firewall's external NIC to my internal network which is served by my own dhcpd I perfectly get a lease. The line to the ISP is OK because I can get a lease on my other Linux server which was used as a firewall in the past. I tried dhclient and pump. Both failed to get a lease.
I am running dhclient V3.0rc10 on the old Linux server. The dhclient used by bering seems to be a lesser version. Does anyone have a recent release of dhclient for bering.
