First thing you need to do is to make sure that the workstation on the B side can print to the printer. Once that is done, everything else is a piece of cake. Look over the IPSec documentation, that is what you want to put in place. I have almost an identical setup here at the office, and it works fine. Let me know if you need some specific help.
BTW, I'm running Dachstein-CD Based installs with IPSec 1.91. Took me a few days to fully understand what it was I was doing, but I've got it down now. Atleast that part.
