So far , searching the web, i've found that shorewall supports MAC 
filtering, but Bering looks like it does not have support for iptables 
based MAC filtering.

Any other solution, like setting on /etc/ethers, 
arp -f /etc/ethers -i <iface local>

so that, i will deny the IP's to get to the external interface.

This method works on RH7.3, not tested yet on Bering.

There is any kernel patch to permin MAC filtering with IpTables ?
