There is no .deb unpacker. Although Leaf is loosely based on Debian, there is no support for .deb packages.
Look through our package repository to find if there is one already made package that you need. http://cvs.sourceforge.net/cgi-bin/viewcvs.cgi/leaf/bin/packages/ Standard LEAF like Bering, Dachstein use glibc-2.0 based packages.
