Hey there...You can use port numbers anywhere you can use the names. With Eigerstein, remember you must also open low ports, or they'll be blocked by firewall rules.
I know you said do not direct questions about LRP here....but I have looked all over the mailing lists and cannot find what I am looking for..
I am interested in forwarding ports, when I go through the walk-through I do everything that it says, and I still have no packets being forwarded.
Is there a way to forward ports without using the aliases (www, pop, smtp, etc), specifically ports 411, and 4200.
Sorry to bother you with this question but any help I would GREATLY appreciate for I love your work on the LRP project...I just cant get any ports to forward...
To open port 411, use:
EXTERN_TCP_PORTS="0/0_411"
And to port-forward the two ports, use:
INTERN_SERVERS="tcp__${EXTERN_IP}_411_<internal-IP>_411 tcp__${EXTERN_IP}_4200_<internal-IP>_4200"
NOTE: You probably would have gotten a faster response if you'd posted to the LEAF-User list...
