I am using A DLink DWL 520 PCI card with hostap_pci.o as the driver. I am running in managed mode, that it as an adapter, NOT an access point. Kernel is 2.4.18.
I am getting 350 to 380 k bitspersecond thru the router. On the same network and same hardware runiing Windows and using a DLink Air USB wireless adapter I get close to 700 kb thoughput, close to our wan speed. Could the hostap_pci module be causing this reduced throughput? Could I have something set up wring?
