I've done so in order to have one (and only one) config.
As I have to live with MS, I tried to minimize ms-isms and have
all networking control on linux/leaf. I have DHCP on W2K due to
MS Active Directory...

As of redirects, this message means that those packets did not
reach their destination (192.168.3.200). So I will try to get
MS to behave!!
