If your office isn't protected at all, and your office-pc has a public IP
Address - no - then you're done. But that's rather unlikely .. 

If you have a firewall, or at least a router at your office you should ask it's
admin. 

And by the way, as a simple security measure I'd map these ports to some higher
port number externally, like 35631 and 35632 so they don't get scanned and
attacked too easily .. after all, scanners know what the ports 5631 and 5632 are
usually used for.
