I use two of them. The Openbrick is ML2100 from Nagasaki.com.tw which has only one ethernet interface. I use ML2300LLL which has 3 ethernet interfaces. Good machine. After 10 hours of usage, in an airconditioned room @ 25-26 dec celsius, the heat sink was mildly heated. I guess in a well airconditioned 22 deg celsius room, it would have been cold as ever.
