Matt,
actualy what you describe is aviable but is pricy. The standard install
kit is $299. Which includes: 90cm dish, LNB, Install Kit (cable, sat
finder), and a pci satellite reciever card (the biggest ticket items
here). If you want the black box option it is $1149. There is also a usb
recieviner that takes the place of the pci card but that does not make a
lot of sence to me.

It seem likly I will go down this road even if noone else has done it
before unless something else more attractive shows up on the market.
