-IF- your NIC and its module support the option for setting MAC address, you use whichever of these commands is appropriate to your setup ...

... replacing "Aa:Bb:Cc:Dd:Ee:Ff" with the MAC address you want to use. (I didn't test these, so watch out for small typos.)
I've never seen a NIC that will accept a permanent change of MAC address, so you'll need to add the command to the boot/init sequence, early enough in it that it happens before you try to get your (usually) DHCP lease from your ISP.
