The ip address of the wireless machine is 192.168.1.3 and have 192.168.1.254
(Bering IP address) as the default gateway and dns.

What do you mean? The wireless host does have all the proper addresses (IP,
gateway, DNS) so I don't think the DHCP has any problems.
