I *think* I get FAQ#21, thanks Tom. But that problem is gone no, so not
a problem.

This UBR's IP address is static, no nothing else needs to be done about
that.

Of course I *still* have to switch everything off/on every now and then.
I meant to bring the logs in to post here, but I forgot. I'll bring them
in tomorrow...
