I totally agree. I was just stating that few of us would do that on a firewall
and that there likely hasn't been enough demand (if any) for someone to put
in the effort to compile this binary and create a package. Sorry if you took
my intent wrong, but I'm simply saying that I can't recall this package being
available in the last 5 years (if ever). 

In another line of thought, wouldn't it be easier to use email or snmp to
import the information into the mysql db? There are pros/cons with all of
these methods, although snmp would be the securest of the bunch.
