Negative, 192.168.0/23 will route 192.168.0.0/24 and 192.168.1.0/24 
but ignore 192.168.2.0/24. You'd need to do a /22 to do aggregate 
routing with the specified /24s, and at that you'd have two /24s 
floating in limbo.
