Hello,
I've been a very happy bearing user for well over a year now, before
that an oxygen user. Thanks to all the LEAF developers for your great
contributions.
I'm giving a 'Firewall on a Floppy' presentation to our local linux user group
http://www.leap-cf.org/ and am grateful for any advice or suggestions
you might offer.
Presently I intend to demo building a stock bering (do you recommend uClibC
or straight bering?), configuing dhcp/dnscache/tinydns/shorewall/<other?>
Has anyone pulled out shorewall and used fwbuilder or home-grown
scripts?
Any comments on traffic shaping and do you recommend I include it?
Thanks in advance for any advice you have to offer & rest assured
I'll be pestering this list some more in the near future.
fdj
