Hey everyone, I'm running Shorewall 1.4.2 on a Bering 1.1 firewall and have been thinking about setting up a Proxy ARP for two internal subnets.
Currently, I have eth0 handling outside requests, and eth1 and eth2 each with it's own subnet (192.168.1.0/24 and 192.168.2.0/24 respectively). What I'm wondering is if I use Proxy ARP with subnetting for the two internal subnets, will I have problems with traffic that is being masqueraded on eth0 as it leaves the network altogether?
