Yes, there has been a thread discussing this recently. Most scripts are written in an 
ashen dialect. 
Basically what needs to be done is to remove the link from /bin/sh to /bin/bash and 
replace it with the original link to /bin/ash. Then bash is not the default shell.

Don't forget to remove /bin/sh from /var/lib/lrpkg/bash.list, then save bash and with 
enough luck the problem is gone.
