As described in http://leaf.sourceforge.net/doc/guide/buipsec.html, the ipsec.o module is located in of the modules package which matches your kerenel.

So, you want to get the modules tarball for the kernel you're using (Bering_uClibc_2.1.0_modules_2.4.24.tar.gz if you're using Bering uClibc 2.1) and get ipsec.o from there (look in directory 2.4.24/kernel/net/ipsec inside the tarball).
