Okay, I had a friend help me out a bit, and it seems like the files from the 
clibc207 package are NOT being installed, although I have no idea why. I've 
tried to load the clibc207.lrp package as the first package, as the last 
package and at several intermediate points, and the files never show up in 
/lib. What's going wrong?
