You can use any floppy based distribution from http://download.sourceforge.net/leaf/ . 
I would suggest to either take the latest Bering uClibc or Bering 1.2.

Then, you will have to dig into the docs for the set up. Most reports I read was that 
the LEAF box is up within a few hours.
