Using the latest Bering-uClibc 2.2rc4, I'm following the Bering instructions for setting up LEAF/Bering(-uClibc) to boot from an M-Systems DiskOnChip: http://leaf.sourceforge.net/doc/guide/budiskonchip.html
First and foremost, it should be noted that the doc2000.o module now requires the following three modules to be loaded _first_: nand_ids.o nand_ecc.o nand.o all of which live inside the /nand/ subdirectory under /mtd/. Step 12.4j then says: "Make the DoC bootable by running syslinux -s /dev/nftla1." Executing this command gave me this error: mattrib: command not found mcopy: command not found I searched the list archive for various combinations of "uClibc", "syslinux", "mtools", "mattrib" and "mcopy" but was unable to find anything conclusively solving my problem. mtools is _not_ included in the hdsupp.lrp package. Can someone provide a uClibc version of mtools which I can symlink to mcopy and mattrib? Or is there another solution to this problem?
