First you need to replace initrd ( to get latest busybox version).

Other packages changed are dnsmasq, weblet, shorewall, dropbear and etc.lrp 
(which you can neglect, if you don't like to make partial backups of etc.lrp  
- something I consider useless).
One package has been added sh-httpd.lrp - should be added to your media and 
and leaf.cfg.

For weblet there is no clean way, caused to the split of content and server 
(sh-httpd), but weblet is easy to reconfigure.

For any other packages I used a simple way during my tests:

1) save the configs to /temp
2) scp the package to / and the boot media
3) lrpkg -i the package in /
4) copy back the config files to their origin (thus overwriting the 
unconfigured packages configuration)
5) backup the packages

It's not easy, but painless.

We are aware that this is an issue, which needs our attention in the future.
