Hi Carlos,
First of all, thank-you very much (and the others team members) for this
wonderfull distro, Bering-uClibc. My Bering-uClibc firewall runs for months
without a problem. However, in boot time appears the following message
requesting I ran e2fsck:
Uniform Multi-Platform E-IDE driver Revision: 7.00beta4-2.4
ide: Assuming 33MHz system bus speed for PIO modes; override with idebus=xx
hda: ST31720A, ATA DISK drive
ide0 at 0x1f0-0x1f7,0x3f6 on irq 14
hda: attached ide-disk driver.
hda: task_no_data_intr: status=0x51 { DriveReady SeekComplete Error }
hda: task_no_data_intr: error=0x04 { DriveStatusError }
hda: 3331852 sectors (1706 MB), CHS=3305/16/63
Partition check:
hda: [PTBL] [826/64/63] hda1 hda2 hda3
EXT2-fs warning: mounting unchecked fs, running e2fsck is recommended
Where I can find e2fsck utility?
Good question - there is none, so far. I guess you're the first to ask
for that (I don't run Bering uClibc off an ext2 partition, so I've never
come across the need for that). I'll add it to hdsupp as soon as possible.
I'll let you know when the updated package is available.
Martin
