It is not packaged, early pre whatever....
Just copy it to your existing openvpn location, possibly /usr/sbin/openvpn, adapt the config file using one of the samples, adapt /var/lib/lrpkg/openvpn.* files to reflect the new version and files and save the whole shebang to your preferred medium using lrcfg.
