Hi Richard,
Does anyone have lncurses.lrp for uClibc handy?
it's called ncurses.lrp, but I guess that's what you're looking for
http://leaf.sourceforge.net/bering-uclibc/index.php?module=pagemaster&PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=3&MMN_position=3:3#PKG_77
It appears that I need it for lrpstat.
Why's that? The server part of lrpstat should only require uclibc,
nothing else. If there's a dependency on ncurses, you've found a bug in
the lrpstat build.
If anyone else has any info on what IS needed to get lrpstat working in
the latest uClibc that would be great!
Well, you need lrpstat.lrp from
http://leaf.sourceforge.net/bering-uclibc/index.php?module=pagemaster&PAGE_user_op=view_page&PAGE_id=3&MMN_position=3:3#PKG_68
and a java-enabled web-browser on your client (if you want to run it as
an applet) or java and an lrpstat installation on your client (if you
want to run it as a java application).
See http://lrp.hejl.de/doc.html for info on what can be specified in the
html file that controls lrpstat (for the applet or the application
version of the program).
As further background, I'm trying to set up monitoring for cpu load,
interface usage, and environmental stats like temp and voltage (using
lm_sensors). If anyone has information or recommendations on this topic
I'm probably not the only one who would love to get the details.
This really sounds like a job for snmp (which is also available on the
packages page).
I hope that helps
Martin
