Benefits of ucarp: ucarp can synchronize the states of connection
between HA nodes - keepalived needs the still premature ct_sync kernel
module to do the same.
 
Further strong points of the CARP protocol in comparison with VRRP
protocol (keepalived): very low overhead, cryptographically signed
messages, interoperability between different operating systems and no
need for any dedicated extra network link between redundant hosts.
