Difficult to say, it's probably related but the log doesn't say which
program fails to startup....

I really don't have a clue, it's very strange that the module fails to
load with a startup but works if you insmod it by hand. It's both done
with an insmod.

When you load the modules by hand, no new warnings are generated in the
logfiles?

Do you have a clue why the system crashed in the first place?
