I'm not sure I'm that keen to implement Tarpitting, that I'm prepared to
grab the kernel CVS and UClibC libraries, patch and rebuild the kernel.
Although I've rebuilt kernels (on Slackware boxes), it's a 'can of
worms' that I'll leave untouched for now!
