Similar issues have been reported already, but I thought I'd chime in...

Using:
Bering uClibc 2.4
Dnsmasq version 2.26

Dnsmasq will crash at least once a day. Yesterday, I noticed that
dnsmasq was consuming all available cpu time.

<guess>could the watchdog be killing it off due to the cup
usage?</guess>

I also noticed this blurb in the changelog for the version 2.28 release
of dnsmasq:
"Fixed one-byte buffer overflow which seems to only cause
problems when dnsmasq is linked with uclibc. Thanks to
Eric House and Eric Spakman for help in chasing this down."

wait, that name looks familiar....was this problem resolved?

thanks,
+matt
