Make sure your DHCP config file is exactly as required, here's
mine:
host wrap {
hardware ethernet 10:d0:b9:64:99:9a;
fixed-address 192.168.1.253;
option host-name "pxe";
filename "pxelinux.0";
next-server 192.168.1.2;
}
If the host-name, filename or next-server parts are missing, the WRAP
board will just sit there and act like it never got a DHCPREPLY. Also, you
have to be running the tftpserver on the same host as the DHCP server, and
it needs to be accessible by the WRAP board. It will not boot if the tftpd
process is not responding to requests.
I've been going round and round with a stack of WRAPs for the past few
weeks...
