Hi Gianni, >Hi Bering-uClibc Team! >I'm wondering if it could be possible to think to a backward compatible >function that save a modified lrp package without configdb intervention. >(BuC 2.x like) >This because in BuC 2.x I use a custom lrp package that I WANT to >consolidate with some modifications in its files! > It's not possible to create a backwards compatible option in BuC 3.0, the config system got a complete overhaul. But why does your package need the modifications internal?
You can still use custom packages and if you really want, you can store the changes in the package in a tmp directory on the router, make the changes and repack.
