LWP is the web presentation of a a package. Unfortunately providing a 
web-interface for LEAF has been discussed for years  - but since Nathan 
Angelacos provided a usable framework and examples for a web-interface, the 
discussion stopped immediatly. And next to nothing happended in that area - 
but at least all the requests that LEAF needs a web-interface hasn't occured 
since that time.  

The message just means that there is no lwp (representation in the web 
framework) for this package  - no need to get worried.
