very many thanks for your diligence and patience in
explaining. I will avoid deliberately teasing Bering
henceforth. Paul Traina just expressed a thought that
these phenomena with "getty removal" should go into
some sort of post install text, so something good did
come out of my experiments following your suggestion.
Concerning the reformatted msdos-image for Bering,
with which I gained 16kB, preferably someone else
should check whether it is readable with Microsoft
products. I have stopped using them and would need
to reinsert a retired harddisk should I need to
activate their usage. I am not too keen on this.
