I suspect that it would be difficult or impossible to implement all of the
features listed in 'show capabilities' on a 2.4 kernel. And some (Raw Table, for
example) provide no additional functionality in Shorewall so adding support for
it would not give you any additional features. This is also the case with
'Repeat Match' -- it makes the compilation phase of Shorewall go faster but
again, no additional functionality is provided.
