I reread the chapter. It mentions an ip= parameter in the default line. pxelinux.cfg/wrap doesn't have this, but when I added it to my copy I was able to download and get a login prompt. Next problem: the tftp logs say the WRAP box is asking for wg.lrp rather than wget.lrp. I've triple-checked that the string 'wg' doesn't occur in /tftpbool except as a part of 'wget'.
