Drew, Were you able to accomplish booting from CD while storing/retrieving config from usb drive (flash device?) This seems to me to be such an obvious useage of LEAF, in order to get away from trusting floppy disks, and it's exactly what I want to do with older hardware that will support CD boot, but not USB boot.

What are trying to do? If you want to boot from an USB drive, use the USB image available in FRS.
