Hi leaf users, I have a new question about a NIC. I need to configure many zones in shorewall and my computeur only accept 2 PCI ports. On the mailing list i see posts talk about the NIC Dlink DFE-580TX. This NIC have 4 RJ45 ports and this is a perfect product for my configuration.
But the post are old and talk about old kernel. I want to know if anyone have test this NIC with recent version of Bering uClibc (> 3.x) and what drivers are use to work fine ? For the moment i use IP alias in my configuration and that seem to work fine but i think it isn't a good way for the best performance ! http://www.shorewall.net/Shorewall_and_Aliased_Interfaces.html Thank, Math ------------------------------------------------------------------------- This SF.net email is sponsored by DB2 Express Download DB2 Express C - the FREE version of DB2 express and take control of your XML.
