The last in a flea market in an exibition in Germany for no more the 15 Euros each - brand new. You can find many resellers looking on BigG for 'Compact Flash IDE Adaptor' . Remember that in this adaptors there are no more than 2 connectors, 1 Printed Circuit Board and a piece of cable, sometimes a jumper to select if master or slave. You can wire on your own but I'm discouraged by the fragility of the CF connector. Do not use USB-CF adaptors, unless you know that your PC BIOS supports booting from USB and you use an initrd with usb AND SCSI modules (I've some machines working so - but is not simple to find old PC with BIOS with support for boot from USB DISK).
