Hello,

I've just installed version 3.1.1 of uClibc
(http://downloads.sourceforge.net/leaf/Bering-uClibc_3.1.1-beta1_img_bering-uclibc-1680.bin?modtime=1208662327&big_mirror=1).

I'm attempting to install 3.1.1 on duplicate hardware to a second system
which is running in production and using an older version (2.4.31) and
running fine.

The system is configured to load/boot from a 512MB compact flash...

It seems to load and run fine with the following exceptions:

Nothing shows up in /var/log on the RAM disk...
After booting, name resolution doesn't work until I restart dnsmasq
(/etc/init.d/dnsmasq restart).

Pouring through the messages sent to the serial port console during
startup - I don't see any errors which would account for the problem, or
even give me a clue.

Any clues?

Thanks,

Mark
