Hi,
can anyone confirm ez-ipupdate is working properly with ppp0 interface ?
The box is only updating the records after a reboot..The provider cuts
the line after 24 hours and offers a new IP. The box takes the new IP
but seems to ignore the dyndns update.
Restart the daemon with "/etc/init.d/ez-ipupd restart" is successfully
like a reboot.

I have to admit that the box is running "LEAF Bering-uClibc 4.0.0 Rev
11 uClibc 0.9.30.3" which is located several kilometers away from me.
AFAIK ez-ipupdate package was not changed since then so the config of
ez-ipupdate should be the same today (in RC1.)

Do I have to add "/etc/init.d/ez-ipupd restart" in /"etc/ppp/ip-up"
even when the service has it's own start script located in
/etc/init.d/ ?

service-type=dyndns
user=username:password
interface=ppp0
host=servername.homeip.net
#notify-email=f...@bar.com
# other options:
#address=<ip address>
cache-file=/tmp/ez-ipup
#daemon
#debug
#foreground
#host=<host>
#interface=<interface>
#mx=<mail exchanger>
#retrys=<number of trys>
#run-as-user=<user>
#run-as-euser=<user>
#server=<server name>
#timeout=<sec.millisec>
#max-interval=<time in seconds>
#notify-email=<email address>
#period=<time between update attempts>
#url=<url>
#user=<user name>[:password]
#wildcard
#quiet

Thanks a lot!
