I've got one, up and running now for a few days (WAN, LAN and WLAN). 
Yes  it's passively cooled by heat conduction, the CPU temperature is around 
56 C to 60 C. 

I've not managed to use pxeboot right now, but with a USB stick, I was able to 
boot and to setup a LEAF version booting from mSATA SSD.

The bios is still in beta. 
Most annyoing for me is that I'm not able to choose the LEAF version to load 
from syslinux commandline, as I do for testing with an ALIX board. 

To make it a bit more convenient for all those, who want to play with the APU 
board, we've added a new serial i686 image with 115200 baud line speed (the 
fixed speed for APU boards) with the 5.1.1 release uploaded today into FRS.
