I also received such. I'm not sure but I suspect this gives SF a
chance to make those of us on SF for a long time accept their new terms
of service, which allows them to sell my personal information should SF
be bought again, see section C, subsection f. Still undecided whether
the extra spam/privacy loss is worth it, especially after the malware
dowloading incident a year or two ago. I like the leaf lists but just
don't trust SF so much these days.
