I am using the latest release 2546 and found a possible bug. Using on a
Soekris 4521. I added a mini pci card. Now when I boot up the mini pci
shows as netcs0 and the pcmcia cards show as netcs1 and netcs2. All normal
so far. When you log in however the correct wireless or ip settings have
not been applied to netcs2. If you do a network restart from the menu
everything comes up normal. If you remove netcs2 the same thing happens to
netcs1 which is the only pcmcia card. Do a network restart and all the
setting are there. If you use just the two pcmcia cards everything is
normal. Going back to an older release where the mini pci shows as wlan0
and the pcmcia show as netcs0 and netcs1 everything works normal.
