Try installing the dhclient package. The version of pump in wisp-dist is
doesn't work with many of the DHCP servers I've tested because it sends
its requests with the source IP set to the IP of the internal network
interface; most ISPs seem to configure their servers to ignore requests
which arrive from addresses outside their DHCP pools and so the requests
are ignored.

I believe this has been fixed in later versions.
