i've experience card reset behaviour when using Teletronics 200mW pcmcia (xi-325hp). I also use Demarctech ReliaWave 200mW (which should be the same rebadged brand from Zcomax) but never encounter any problem.
When using Teletronics, i get 92/92 in iwconfig but suddenly goes very low, like 6/92. When it comes high, i can't ping to my AP.
