Have you enabled dhcrelay? Its in the directory /etc/init.d. To start it at boot, uncomment the 8th line. The 8th line should look like this:
RCDLINKS="2,S97 3,S97 4,K15 6,K15" You also need to specify the ip of the dhcp server in the 11th line, which should end up looking something like the following: MASTER_DHCP_SERVER="199.204.126.254" The above setup works for me on a Soekris 4521. Have you been able to get layer 2 bridging working? I have problems there.
