No, we're not using wisp-dist for 11a. We wanted dhcp services too and after a (very quick) look through wisp-dist, we couldn't find them.
We ended up with pebble which did work ok (though wisp-dist would have been much nicer - smaller, easier to configure). We're using a card taken from a Proxim Harmony 8571.
