looks like there are two problems ; follow its instructions regarding "pci=biosirq"
the next problem is "ath_pci: cannot reserve PCI memory region" you need to reserve some memory for this card. add 'append="reserve=0xd3405fff,0x2000" ' to lilo.conf Please note, the above location WILL be incorrect. Read the error carefully and you will see the correct address to use. best of luck!
