On tonight's Colbert Report, Stephen Colbert rated the upcoming leap second as one of the "threats" to itemize, saying that 2008 sucked so badly that it's a bad idea to make it any longer, and he's also planned every second of the year in a Page A Second planner book, so the extra second messes up his schedule.
